Applications for Archbishops are now open. The Cardinals and I are eager to see who all expresses interest in serving in these esteemed leadership roles and will consider each individual's aptitudes and desires for their potential to advance the needs of the Sabbat.

Clarifications Regarding Leadership Restructuring

I'm writing with some clarifications regarding the leadership restructuring.

Question: I lost my role, why?

Answer: All the roles were deleted and recreated. Maybe you haven't lost the role and you need to open the group, click refresh, and change your title. Other roles will need to wait until the archbishops are appointed and the committees of bishop are established.

Question: I was a Bishop, why am I not anymore?

Answer: There are two parts to this. First is that the individual cults can select whoever they want as a Praeceptore on the Lacrimae panel/HUD, but that will no longer automatically make someone a bishop of the sect. The second part is that the Bishop title will be reassign after the Archbishop are appointed, and the members of the committees will be the Bishops. For example the Communications committee will consist of the Bishops that manage the website, the Discord, the news, graphics design, etc. The Archbishops will lead the concerted efforts of all those involved in the specific committees.

Question: Why do you only recognize those that spend many hours working on the ranking when I also work hard in other ways and/or contribute a lot to the Sabbat?

Answer: That is a problem indeed. One we agree is unjust and are working to remedy. That is a motivating factor for restructuring the organization of our leadership for recognizing excellent contributions in specific responsibility areas. Please have faith and patience, and trust the process. We're doing this to make the Sabbat better for you. Only the roles of Templar and Paladin recognize performance on the ranking board. The role of Bishop and Archbishop are for the leaders and administrators. The Archbishops will be responsible for working with their Bishops to establish goals and provide feedback as well as reporting the progress to goal which will give us the transparency so that our star contributors can be better recognized.

Question: I want to be considered for an Archbishop position, how do I do this?

Answer: Thank you for your interest, and we encourage everyone with interest to please apply once we have the applications on the website in the coming days.
